What Can I Expect During My Consultation with Gervelis Law Firm?

Generally the first time they do contact the law firm they will be directed to a lawyer’s assistant. The lawyer’s assistant will get the basic information, you know their name, address, phone number, what happened, what their basic injuries are. They relay that information to me. I will try to pull up a crash report, investigate that, so then I’ll call the person. My first priority though is to put you at ease. We’re going to gather the information if you were treated, where you you’re treated at, the extent of your injuries, what you need help with, a lot of folks again traumatic situation a lot of stress they don’t know what to do with the property damage. We’re here for you. I will take care of the property damage. I will find out what your vehicle is worth. I will find out you where the vehicles at, I will negotiate with your insurance carrier to get you a fair amount for that vehicle. I will also make any referrals, if you need, for any provider or anything. I always ask the folks and my goal is, our goal is, when we end the first phone conversation you have no question, you have none. I will stay on the phone even if it’s only supposed to be a 10, 15, or 30-minute phone call. I’ve been on the phone for well over an hour with people – got to put them in ease that’s my goal. If I can have you saying wow, you made me feel a lot better this early in the case, I’ve accomplished what I’ve set out to do.
